I have prepared lunch > 내가 점심 준비 했어. I have lunch prepared > 난 가지고 있어, 준비된 점심을 이 정도 뉘앙스 차이일거 같구요..그래서 아마 누군가가 나를 위해 준비해 둔 점심을 가지고 있다 라는 느낌이 들고요...상태의 느낌은 없습니다. 연결 동사 be 동사가 없으니까요 근데 만약 누구에게 점심 준비를 시켰다 라고 말하고 싶다면 I have my sister prepare our lunch 라고 하면 될 거 같아요
