U, fool, have mixed the uses of have to / has to with the use of am to/ is to / are to. U couldn't come out from the usual mistakes in this regard. Have to / has to should be used when we say ' Kono kichhu korte hobe' in such cases. Whereas, am to/is to / are to should be used when we say ' Kono kichhu protiniyoto korte hoy bujhale'. So, without being clear enough, don't confuse the mass people who have 'yes sir, yes sir confidence n poor basics in English.
