Is it possible to start the process as a cna and change the contrat to registered nurse but the visa process was as acna ?

Unfortunately, no - because we are not currently interviewing for CNAs. Nurse applicants will need to have passed the NCLEX-RN exam and have 1-2 years current in-patient bedside nursing experience to apply for a USRN position that we are now interviewing for.
