Have you ever made or eaten '' Nom Ansom '' ? Cambodian traditional sticky rice banana leaves cake

Hello everyone. Welcome back to visit my channel. Today I would like to share you a out how to make '' Nom Ansom''. The Nom Ansom is a cake prepared during festivals. It is described as a cylinder-shaped cake made from glutinous rice that can either be filled with sugar bananas ( nom ansom chek ) or pork ( nom ansom chrouk ).
My family make Nom ansom for Pchum ben ceremony.

The pork nom ansom looks very much like Chinese sticky rice lotus or banana leaf wraps. It seems like countries just came up with the same food. We use the salted duck egg yolks too but the entire yolk and don't cut them up.
