Just by chance i watched your blog which is quite interesting and exciting it remembered me of my teen age time when we had a similar water mill of ours apart from grinding wheat/maize/rice and different pulses we also used to do fishing which used be quite thrilling i have seen lot many water mills in uk particularly in Scotland working on the same principle
