I remember being in Guyana visiting and going to Skeldon in the year 2006 to go over to Suriname**The change in that town is like night and day** Back then it looked like a little sleepy Village now it has the look of a town anyone would love to live in** The improvement is amazing** YES GUYANA **YOU ARE ON THE MOVE IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION ** The Ariel View is extremely impressive** YES** I am proud**

It's been like 30 and more years l haven't visited Skeldon. Beautiful my great Aunt was living behind the Springlands Police Station. Thats Rampoor Settlement. She died but l still have relatives live there.

I am from Tennessee, USA but fell in love with Guyana 20 years ago! But I have always noticed so much trash. Government needs to supply receptacles and pickup service but the people need to throw the trash in them and not on the ground and in the canals. Still love the country and the people!

This is beautiful. I lived in Guyana for 30 years from 1950 to 1980 and I never visited SKELDON. I knew that Surinam was on the EAST side of Guyana but I never had imagined that you could drive with vehicles on road to Surinam. I missed out a lot. The sceneries are so beautiful that makes me want to visit Guyana and drink some sweet coconut water and enjoy other good stuff that the beautiful Guyana has to offer.
