Love the rain dance and how how you chill in your boat with the umbrella waiting for the rain to come. Fishing from a chair while soaking your feet in the lake is the best! For me ... instead of fishing ... I sit just the same by the sea while reading! Thanks for taking us along on another adventure, Vincent. Nightmare you couldn't get your boat out. That lake has dropped loads, but there's always rain on the way! It's lucky you introduced yourself to those two guys before doing your rain dance! They may have thought you were the local crackpot!🤣😂. You still looked like you had a great day out and we'll be wishing more hot days like that when we're sitting in the depths of winter freezing! @@Vincentdonnelly5158 I've had a few sea trout out a week or so ago but that's about it! We've actually sold out shop, so on Friday we'll be free! I'll be able to get a lot more fishing done. We're not retiring or anything but looking forward to more free time! I'm looking forward now to the rest of the season as I can finally go fishing when the levels are good! It's horrible when you're at work and the river is perfect!!!

I'd prefer to be showered with sausages. Imagine sausages cooked sausages falling from the skies that would be a wonderful thing. Looking up with your mouth open. 😂😂😂😂 which reminds me of a story i know you will appreciate. When i was a young boy in Belfast one day in school. The intercom came on and all children were told to go out to the back of the school in an orderly manner. I remember going out to the back of the school and was being told by other boys that there was a bomb in the sweet shop that was across the road in front of the school. When I was out at the back of school i seen some boys taking their coats off and jumpers off and placing them onto the ground and looking up at the sky. I asked one boy why his jumper was spread out on the ground. He told me he was waiting for the bang of the bomb to go off and then all the sweets in the shop would come flying down and he would gather them up in his jumper. I remember looking at the boy realising he was a genius possibly the first genius i ever met. I quickly took of my own jumper and started looking up at the sky waiting for the big bang. The innocents of childhood. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

I expect they're the sort of kids that would have climbed up on each other's shoulders, donned a trenchcoat, a floppy hat and a mockiyah beard, and tried getting in to see "Jaws"! I mean, their physics might have been a little off, but with that ability to think outside the box, they probably went far. You sure you didn't go to school with Elon Musk, or Richard Branson?! Well, that's assuming, of course, that their initiative and, ah, intrepidness? Intrepidity?! didn't get them blown up at a young age... Just thinking of a really brave little young fella there, I think he might've had a paper round or something but he was in one of these shopping precincts, you know, what the Americans call a strip mall, and I can't remember whether it was a package he saw or a car parked that he clicked just wasn't 'right', somehow... Well, he could have pegged it out of there, but he didn't, he made a big hue and cry, and got most, if not everyone, out of the blast zone. Unfortunately, he didn't make it himself. I think he may have actually been awarded some medal, posthumously of course. If not, he should have been. Fat lot of good it would have done him, though. It's funny, you're talking about innocence - I remember there was this bomb scare back in those days; someone called in or something to say there was a bomb in the old Five Star supermarket in Togher (Cork) - it's now a Lidl or an Aldi or something. Well, of course, my mum had us practically hiding down underneath the window, behind the settee, but I'm sure you can imagine the 'rough kids'... The guards might as well have been trying to mind mice at a crossroads, trying to skitch away all the little gurriers trying to poke their noses through the shutters! I should imagine such behaviour dissipated pretty quick, in Belfast; well, I suppose, it went kind of one way or the other. There was probably fellas of 7 and 8 firing stones at the Saracens, and then the other kids - the smarter ones, no doubt - were either like, "Let's get the f%&k out of Dodge" or ducking down behind walls and into doorways, any sign of trouble... Of course, though, in a conflict zone, you're always going to get the emergence of a Blitz Spirit - I can just picture it "Where do you think you're going, Sunshine - did you not hear all the sirens?! There's a bomb warning, you trying to get yourself killed?!" "You don't understand, Sarge - you've _gotta_ let me through!" "Oh yes? Matter of life and death, is it? A fire, maybe? Ah, no - you've just heard - your old lady's waters have broken..?" "No, no, you don't understand - Copacobana Sunrise is going off in the 3:50 at Kempton, 66/1, but I got a call from one of the stable lads, apparently she got something special in her oats this morning, wink, wink! Hi Vincent. When we look for gold in creeks and we don’t have enough water flow we narrow the stream with rocks and basically build a dam. I noticed you have plenty of rocks and you have narrow sections close to the lake. You have the time so why not make an exercise out of building a dam wall to raise the water to your boat and when you get the boat to the wall you may find help to push that last bit. That sounds like a plan. I think the level where the lake is and where my boat is it would have to be about ten feet high and very wide. 😂😂😂😂😂 i think ill wait till the rain comes. Hope you get some rain. I didn't know how much better cherry tomatoes are home grown. I don't usually eat vegetables but I grow my own and now eat them straight off the bush. You should try sipping that whiskey from a wide mouth glass. It probably would be a lot better. 👍

Hi Chris as they say a bad days fishing is better than a great day's work. The fishing is getting worse every year and more and more new rules being added I wouldn't blame you for taking up the golf. There's so many places i can go and catch lots of fish but you will have the bailiffs watching your every movement possibly searching your car its not that I'm doing anything illegal when I'm fishing its just that i go fishing for a bit of peace to just relax and get away from it all. There won't be any bailiffs coming up to that lake asking for a licence as you don't need one its only brown trout you will catch in that lake or an ell or a perch. So I'm happy there catching very little and having peace. 😊
