In Nigeria, we wash thoroughly, slice without peeling because the back contains a lot of nutrients, then soak for three days, changing the water everyday, then sundry until fully dried. Then mill into flour for baking or swallow

Good. I used to grind mine ie sweet potato with my blender with little water to avoid it getting watery and then poured it into an empty pot and stirr until it thickens. I use it as swallow with ant soup

What's the purpose of contacting you first, to be directed to the business owner? Reminiscence of the proverbial middleman malarkey!😮 Besides as you taste the varieties, I was expecting you to tell us about the texture, taste & at least, compare with the original cassava gari.
