Watch the time lapse of growing regular, red strawberry. In any point of growing they are not white, or pink but green! So no, they are just different type of strawberry, the taste is also different.

Incorrect, Ive grown pine berries at home and they look exactly like this. An unripened basic strawberry would not be juicy and is not yellow.

They are better if you grow them. Growing them they taste great!! But from the store they taste like muted strawberries.
