I'm grateful that I came across your vlogs. You have a beautiful family. Their support is nothing but amazing. I know that some overweight people do struggle to ask for support through fear of others calling them lazy. My weight journey has been up and down all my life. But right now it's a little harder than normal. I have loved your turmeric shot you introduced for inflammation problems. Trust me.....oh wow it's been a wonderful relief. I've taken breaks in the 4 months I've been doing your shots. Now that I finally know what was wrong with my knee pain. I can slowly start planning my exercise plan until I can have a knee replacement operation done. So in the meantime I will carry on doing some chair yoga, short walks and continue to eat a little healthier. Thank you for your help. Thank your family for their beautiful smiles and energy.
