Could be defective. Light should glow in any condition.

You will get hot water only initially. Slowly it will normalise. keep the tap open.

Yes, you can. I bathed under shower. Only that you need to get the right mixer setting of hot and cold water to get right temperature. Since, its instant heater you need to keep shower at very low speed to get constant hot water.

Mine Same Geyser taking atleast 1 or 2 Minute time to change light again from Orange to Blue light after running all hot water and then normal water. How come your same Geyser instantly become Blue from orange just after opening the Tap? Is my Geyser Faulty?
