Honestly i have a another theory like what if in the past they have a happy family but his mother is just like a parent who just a pick favorite and allways love nick more than brian and since the day of the his father and maybe his mother got divorced or something. his mother become so abuser because of her husband so i feel like whenever she see brian she will allways remember her husband that got divorced with her she took all the anger out to brian and since his mother do that nick saw it however nick started just like his mother who is abuse to brian.which mean nick can be evil just like her because of she spent to much to nick and not brian or because nick allready dont like him too cause it remind him of the dad who left him because he got divorced with his mom
