I read that Imbolc will be on February 1 this year, although it is usually by the second full moon after Yule, which would be two weeks later. Do you know why it is so early this year? Be it beginning or middle of February, both is too early for warmth here. In the past years, it often was the most snowy month of the year, whereas we did not have White Christmas. I'm sorry you don't feel very well. It can be really frustrating. I agree with different types of teas that @romemancer7905 is suggesting to you. Also, if you have access to Eucalyptus leaves or essential oil, you could add some to water that you have boiled, lean over the pot, best with a towel over your head, and inhale the steam.
