Love this.👍Hi from Uk, I’ve been doing your ‘4,4,4’ from the CSY meditations. Great to slow everything down. I allow the crabby feelings knowing they’ll pass, and try not to feel bad about feeling bad! Hope you have a better day tomorrow Kris 💕

Kris you are the greatest .. Works for me. I get anxiety and the Breathing Exercise works for relieving it !!!

So great that you can catch yourself tho, I know people who just stay in that snappy alligator mood and just don't get it, or realize that they are in that mood, and they think everyone around them is the problem so you can't even have a simple dialogue with them.
