The ranks are super inflated right now ever since they reworked it. I would rank up from winning 2 games in a row. I went from gn1 to LEM in like a couple of days. It’s actually insane.

@@ramsaybolton9151 well if you have 2 silvers, one GN, and 2 aks on each team, it would be assumed the skill level of each corresponding rank would be similar so the aks would be top fragging, the GNs would be mid fragging, and the silvers would be bringing up the rear. Sure it’s not ideal but I think this is a much better idea than something like what r6 does which is make you wait in a queue for upwards of 10-20 minutes

The last 4 times I played CSGO I would be in matches like this as the silver, and I'd still get 20-30 kills a game, and still rank down to silver 2, I've legit played against a global before who swamped us, but his whole team didn't even get over 10 kills combined.

I'm not sure why Jericho is getting such inconsistent teammates and opponents in matchmaking. I primarily play late night NA and I can still reliably get teammates around my skill level in GN4/MG1.
