one day i had such stage fright for my opening theater show that i called an actor by his REAL NAME instead of his character's name...everything went silent but i played it off through improv and luckily my character was quirky so it worked but i started crying when i left the stage.. everyone told me i killed it and they thought it was on purpose and i ended up winning an award for doing so but at the time i was like IM GOING TO DIE NOW

I was always taught when I have a really high note to do instead of thinking you can't do it you keep repeating 'I can do it' in my mind, also for rehearsals I would squeeze the front of my throat lightly to do a high note

Yea.. for me..if I don't squeeze my throat lil bit my voice cracks.. but other singers just let it all out... I can't do it.. since I'm just a beginner.. I only need to practice lil bit pitch, high notes and vibrato

no stage fright I would say the first time it was more being nervous. somedays the obstacles just all line up in one day great tips one tip I can say is focus on doing your best and the song will come out better especially for beginners we worry so much about how it sounds

I would recommend having dal fry and roti or with rice. This is something I eat a lot, it's definitely a comfort food for me. This is pretty popular in North India. My favourite South Indian food is "idli sambhar" trust me, it's amazing.

Idk if this works for everyone, but before I try to sing a specific song, I always hum the rhythm. Idk why but it just helps me keep up a a good vocal when I sing

When I was in elementary school we were basically forced to do school plays and the music director always told us not to drink milk before the play because something about the milk and singing would make us throw up… I always questioned whether that was true or not lol

I remember a story I heard about Jim Morrison being on stage at a show and when it was time for him to sing, he just didn't. Now I don't like or dislike Jim Morrison or the Doors, but I remember one of the musicians saying in a documentary that he was such a musical genius because of that. All I could think of was that he forgot the lines, or was seriously stoned. So I just think you are a genius Grace!
