📍Sir , I can't understand the uses of simple Gerund. # You have told that " Simple gerund can also be used when the action in Finite verb and Action in Simple gerund are happening at the same time " . I can't understand this particularly. Can you give some examples to clear my confusion ???

Sir, may we write these two sentences as Simple Gerund ---- 1) On reaching the station, he stood in the queue for ticket. 2) After kicking start the bike, he drove off. May we write these sentences using Absolute phrase --- 3)He is stupid .We make fun of him while hanging out. >>> He being stupid, we make fun of him while hanging out. 4)The letter is typed.
