Is there a torque value to tighten them? I noticed the guy in the video just tightened them down but I’d like to do it right. Just ordered I should have this week. Thanks

Step 6 of the provided instructions say "tighten lower mounting then upper bolts. Tighten to 20 ft lbs..." Yes this a 2yr old comment, but for anyone else that may read the comments.
