Somebody started a petition on Twitter then somebody who could see all the heat ABC was taking decided we'll give it a shot now it was NOT me who started this petition or suggested Fox or as rumored Netflix would pick it up now Last Man Standing didn't stick w/Fox as long as they did ABC but was happy it did gain a few more seasons because the gas wasn't all out of the tank yet? Thursday my Dad said "Well tonight's gonna be only night our whole family can watch a show w/new episodes each week nothing promising for the fall season right now" See before Hawaii 5.0 & Blue Bloods were scratched for new season in the upcoming fall season each Fri. night my family would all meet up at a local pizza place here in town, grab some pizza and go back to my parents house to watch those 2 shows? Hey you can't scratch our family all meeting up on Friday night for pizza?

Actually, Alex wanted to leave a few years ago because of his back according to reports. But he got some kind of stem cell treatment that helped and decided to stay on. IMO, they ended the show because it is better to go out on top.

No one, including CBS, wanted H50 to end. Alex changed his mind about wanting to stop after successfully rehabbing his injuries several years ago, so that is outdated news. The reason it ended was because Alex got re-injured during the filming of Season 10 and knew he'd need more time than before to recover enough to continue the show. They didn't think it would fly without the partnership of Steve and Danno, so reluctantly ended it but on a strong note. Since they didn't disband H50 or kill anyone off, and introduced a new character who fit in beautifully, I'm hopeful that in a year or two the show might resume with a rebalanced cast but with most, or hopefully all, the current cast returning. That's just my hope, I'm not aware of any plans.

I love this program but after Daniel Day Kim,left and Grace Parks also, I did not care much for their replacements as they did not gel very well. They did not seem very good actress and actor. Just my opinion. But still watched to the end.will miss it so much.
