I've been waiting for a whole year for this epic moment!!! I was wondering if I could enjoy every moment of it, I had my doubts, but at the end, I was quite surprised. This is the best episode of H50 to me so far. With Steve/Cath & Doris in action.
This song fits their situation sooooo well.

Yes, this was kind of hard to watch. There is no doubt in my mind that he still loves her. Alex said he may leave the series before it ends. If he does, I hope Lenkov brings her back so they can leave together. They are meant to be. She is his soul-mate. No one else can replace her in that part. To clarify my statement, it was hard because you could clearly see how much Steve wanted her to stay, especially after she said she would have said yes to his proposal. I don't see how anyone who loves Steve would not feel crushed for him at that moment no matter how beautiful the scenes were and how great they were written, knowing the woman he loves is leaving again and he might not ever see her again no matter how much he says he's moving on. Maybe in his mind, but not in his heart. And you could also see how much Catherine wished that things would have been different for them as well, as he will always, in my estimation, be her one true love. I don't know, or believe, however, that a wedding will happen for them even though it would be great. The show doesn't care enough for us McRollins fans to give us something that spectacular.

If Steve's sister came face to face with Catherine in this adventure and gave Catherine a piece of her mind for dumping Steve for life as a spy, which was the cause of Doris McGarrett abandoning her family for that job by letting them think she was killed, would it make Catherine cry or not whether Catherine would or wouldn't yell back at Mary or not?

Doris should've told Catherine that she should give up being a government agent and fight Lynn to win Steve back after what he had been through since Catherine left him for the 2nd time for a false reason, in which she said that she's going to Nepal. A surprise that Steve's team didn't give Catherine a piece of their minds after they got told by Steve the real reason Catherine left him again.
