But Afghanistan, Ukraine, inflation, Israel, attack on my rights e.g. forced LGBT nonsense, reverse racism, China, Iran, North Korea, Niger, economic recession, housing crisis, lack of border security, homeless crisis, criminals walking free with no bail, failing infrastructure are just some of the few reasons I’m voting republican no matter what. I do not care about feelings and having a president for all. I care about being able to have a safe, prosperous, developed nation for my children. We don’t need a friend. We need leadership and we haven’t gotten that with Harris. She has been absent for 3 years. What has she done to make our lives better? She’s sitting in office currently. I feel you. I tip democratic, and on the top of my list is women's reproductive freedom and then denying the election result and also cozying up to Orban and distancing ourselves from Western Europe, but everything you mention is spot on and so I'm torn. I'm not in a swing state, tho (in navy blue CA), so I may just not vote.

Trump inherited a booming economy under Obama. But Trump blew it up because of his mishandling of the pandemic. The whole world closed down.During Trump, we ran out of tissue papers, food, etc. What we had was so much dead bodies. Do you remember that? But thankfully , we are slowly going back to normal. Thankfully, we never had a recession under the Biden administration.

I’m not sure if anyone told but the VP doesn’t normally pass legislation or do much of anything. She was the border czar and that’s a dumpster fire. You could have even mentioned her time in office in California but to bring up what’s she’s done as VP as her leadership credentials is kind of stupid.

@@Dirty01 She was not a border czar. She headed a Root Cause investigation to find out why people wanted to leave 3 countries south of Mexico. The intended outcome was to boost the economy in those countries through relationships with specific companies so that these people wouldn't feel a need to flee. Too many people assume she was given a total border responsibility - she wasn't.
