Electrical wires snapped during the high hurricane winds and were still energised sparking to light the fires which can be seen on many videos, then you have the hurricane winds fuelling the fires with 50 to 70 mph winds. If there was arson, then no, either of these are not natural, but if you dare claim this was some science fantasy fiction super laser beam, then you are a victim of a gov intelligence agency mass psychological operation of which the purpose is to discredit actual real conspiracies _[like the NWO agenda to bring us into a nightmare technocracy]_ to make them seem like bonkers fool flat earth theories so that way the general gullible populace will further disregard those that are true conspiracies, not theories.

Real Estate Agent named Eric West has a KZbin channel called Hawaii Real Estate. He is organizing data, fundraising directed to GoFundMe Accts, Individual VENMO accts of survivors (100% going into survivors' hands), interviewing survivors for their accts, etc. He and others with knowledge of melting temps, etc are documenting everything & coming up with things that just don't fit. He has also discovered a new law that had been put in place in July changing the requirements for rebuilding historical areas so they don't have to be rebuilt to the way they had been. There are too many shady aspects to this incident.

Seattle and Portland have been flying their homeless to Oahu and Maui for years. My brother has been on Oahu for over 40 years. The problem came to light when they started showing up at the local chamber of commerce and asked for their tickets back to the states because they were told they could come back when they wanted (after winter). I have told people this on various sites and so many call me a liar. I can only surmise they have not been to Hawaii in the past 10 years.

I lived in Seattle for 6 years before moving to Oahu for 10 years and Maui for 1 year, and I specifically saw a homeless person from Seattle I saw on the bus to work daily. When I saw the person in Hawaii and I was blown away (this person was unmistakable for multiple reasons)! I asked around and I was told it was common knowledge that other states ship their homless to Hawaii. I have since moved back to outside of Seattle and I have been told by a friend who works for the housing department that Seattle ships their homeless to other cities as well.

Your Emergency Services must be aware of this, we have help during our fire season from OS fire fighting personnel, the USA, Canada etc. So we learn from each other. The Emergency Services meet during the year to discuss working together, the level of fire risk in the oncoming season, to inform government, & co-ordinate the Services to best advantage. What to save, & what is too dangerous to try & save, evacuation triggers, anything new & useful. Citizens prompt local govt if there's an area needing a clean up, especially pre Xmas before many council workers go on leave. Just at the peak fire risk time, although, that's now stretching out with climate change, instead of being 3-4 months, in some cases it's 6+ months. Very scary, but everyone chips in.

PS, There's reminders to look out for the vulnerable: elderly, disabled, or young families with babies, to make sure they're OK, hydrated, & prepared to move out on short notice. Making sure, others know where you are, eg relatives interstate, family & friends across town, & note to Emergency Services if you've gone to a refuge. No unnecessary searching for people. Save time, save lives.

@nightfall3605
@nightfall3605 Жыл бұрын
The discussion about sirens is if the people only have one association and therefore one response, using it for a different emergency can get people killed. In Maui the sirens are for tsunamis: the response is to go to the highest ground. During the fires that would have trapped people and guaranteed death. So the current dialogue is to develop warning systems that utilize the existing installations and can be tailored to different situations. I wonder if the sirens can produce different sound patterns like we have for ambulance, firetruck and police car.

@gatoulla - the streets were blocked because of downed power lines. The water was NOT shut off. The mainland has the same problem. You have the mentally ill homeless, the drug addicted homeless, the military veterans who are homeless and the millions of illegals who just walk across the southern border and expect everything they want or need to be given to them. We need to fix the problem not just keep sending it off to some place else. Back in the late 90's at my place of work, I talked to one of my co workers who was about to retire. When he told me had plans to live on Hawaii as a homeless person I couldn't believe it! "Man you are retiring with a full pension and health care pkg. And you want to live as a homeless person?" He defended his novel approach to retirement, including the fabulous weather over there. But also mentioned how the government of California was sending their homeless people to Hawaii in an effort to clean up skid row. I couldnt believe what I was hearing. @keithbell9348

@MsEagle20 that's the "logic" shared by so many people. New York, Philadelphia, Seattle, San Francisco, Skid Row in LA., or even San Diego. On the surface it is all so easy to say that Hawaii hosts a more inviting climate than any of the above (San Diego is legendary for its reasonably comfortable moderate weather year around). So that could be an advantage. Someone who thinks like generally believes that the weather, in and of itself, would more than make up for whatever other challenges a homeless person might experience over there. Not sure if you plan on making the beach over in Hawaii, in a tent, your place of residence anytime soon, or if its just a fanciful notion of yours, but get your head out of the blue waters, ukaleles, and coconut palms and employ logic and common sense and THINK. Do some research on the subject. Watch interviews on youtube about those who are homeless and learn from them if indeed it is better to be in that situation over there as opposed to someplace like Orange county. Better yet, take a trip over there and see for yourself what life is really like over there. Many times that conclusion you shared is based on a form of escapism from the economic struggles people face in other places, like over on mainland USA. It ain't easy, by no means. It's not aleays easy for me. But take Hawaii's more inviting climate out of the equation and the jarring reality of homelessness over there is STILL homelessness. Oh by the way, my coworker who thought of becoming homeless in Hawaii? He has visited there several. times, saw what homelessness over there is REALLY like, and is now retired in Montana. And he loves it. Who knows? Choosing to be homeless in Hawaii might be a good fit for some. But it most definately wasn't for him. Nor would it be for me.

My friend booked a holiday to New York - and then 9/11 happened just before she went. She decided to go anyway, but said the atmosphere was absolutely awful and regretted going. (From her hotel window, the smoke from the ruin was visible). She felt like she couldn't even smile, let alone enjoy herself. So I think it's perfectly understandable that no one wants to go to Maui right now. How could you laugh, smile, drink, eat too much, dance at a nightclub, surf and do all the other things expected in Hawaii, when the opposite side of the island is filled with grief and anger and uncertainty and homeless, desperate people? Yes, tourism 'will' be affected badly. Businesses will likely shut. That's the way of incidents like this. It's unfortunate this catastrophe is now hitting the tourist industry, but tourists don't want to go near sites of recent tragedy, especially not ones of this magnitude. It does feel disrespectful, and I don't think I would have a favourable view of any friend of mine if they decided to go to Maui at this time, especially not while the authorities are still looking for the deceased.

@@geebrewer8186 At this point I wouldn't be surprised if a fair amount of that hatred comes from self-hating white people who think that the only people who conquered in history and the most brutal conquerors were Americans, both of which are just not true. Russia, Asia, and Africa overall have been way more brutal than most Western European nations, except maybe Belgium and France. The idea that sea based Imperialism is worse than land based is the greatest and most pervasive anti-western idea ever created, and it's spread so far even Westerners don't believe it. The cure? World history, that shows the good and the bad of all nations, instead of just America and the West. As for this situation, it's disgusting to be sending homeless to Hawaii, and I do think all states need to work together better to create real change for all Americans rather than just passing the buck which so many of us do. But yah I think at the end of the day the military reality of Hawaii's position will always be in the back of their heads. Naval technology has only improved since WW2, not gotton worse, which means the ability for nations to conquer overseas has gotton easier, not harder. And in reality, China has way more potential in some large scale Indo-Pacific conquest than Japan ever did, both in population, technology, and current land amount. It's main disadvantage is that it is surrounded by many free nations who are backed up by the United States, so if it wants to expand, it will probably have to deal with many nations at once. However, if the framework of the free world collapses, and the US as well, it's only a matter of time before the CCP takes all of the Indo-Pacific, including Hawaii and at least parts of India and maybe Oceania. In that case, it's only a matter of time until they reach the mainland itself. We need each other. I do wish we had a better apparatus for fires like this, there should have been a quick way to send firefighters and gear from California to Hawaii, we have tons of firefighters here who are very experienced, I'm sure plenty would have volunteered to fly over there. But someone had to organize it, and sadly nobody in our government seemed to. So maybe next time the people do, or we need to make sure an apparatus is in place to ensure help for areas that do not usually experience a certain disaster from other areas that do experience them.

It’s very true that other states are sending their homeless people to the islands to frolic about the islands. Several years ago I did speak to some of the homeless here where I live, I would take them lunch and that’s what the homeless would tell me.

As a homeless person living in my vehicle in Tucson Arizona the big democratic hellhole cities I left now just send these same dangerous people to my city of Tucson. They do it to get rid of their problematic homeless, instead of actually helping those people with treatment and especially we don't want the homeless sex offenders they keep sending here. They become a problem in the homeless population, we don't want them here either. Their behavior makes it harder for the rest of us to survive, people don't understand what is actually happening, believe me us local homeless (I've been here since I left California in 06) yes us local homeless wish those problematic ones would be sent back!

So they sent the kids home from school due to an earlier blaze. It's hard to fathom the idiocy in that decision. Don't they realize that most parents have to work and probably won't be at home? So these poor children are at home alone to fiend for themselves. Just outrageous and extremely heartbreaking. 😞

Yes and what about the water supply that was cut off so the firemen were helpless at controlling the flames, and when a water official was asked why, he claimed, it was due to reasons of "equity," & the police blocking the road exits because of downed electrical poles but why when actually the electricity was shut down. Then there's the police chief also acting as Maui's official coroner, I mean is that even legal!?

When I lived in San Francisco and volunteered with an organization helping the homeless, I heard a similar rumor about homeless people being given one way bus tickets to San Franscisco. I would believe that San Francisco rumor more than the Hawaii rumor. In order to get on a plane, you need an ID and to go through TSA. Also, a plane ticket to Hawaii is much more expensive even than a plane ticket to a different part of the mainland. This lie is harmful. Every city itself creates its own homeless. They don't come in from elsewhere. A more believable scenario is the homeless came to the city on their own initiative when they were struggling in life and a variety of factors pushed them into homelessness shortly after they arrived. Homelessness is a poverty trap that is notoriously difficult to escape from. Huge factors are the availability of affordable housing and jobs with low qualifications that don't question people about criminal records. To reduce the number of new homeless people in the future, politicians should study what happened to these people when they arrived and address the root causes. Politicians and other policy makers should NOT just blame other cities and act like they care but are somehow helpless.

There are also those, usually young adults, who choose to be homeless. They'd rather spend what money they do get on drugs and other stuff that keeps then content. While they're still being housed by their parents, they save their fast food money and spend it on a one way ticket to Hawaii.

@@RawOlympia North Dakota is practically begging people to move there. It has a relocation help desk that solicits applications for people wanting to move to North Dakota. There is also a program in West Virginia. Also, there are a lot of high risk/high reward jobs in Alaska from private employers. The schools sent all the kids home that day saying it was due to the wind. Many of them had to be home alone because their parents all work. I heard (unconfirmed) reports that before the fire hit some kind of govt-type people were going to houses, picking up children and flying them off of the island. I dont know if that is true, but it would stand to reason. The US govt does abduct children in crises that they cause across the globe (Haiti, etc.) Meanwhile, with no siren activated and no adult instructions, many of these kids were home alone when their houses were torched faster than they would have had time to react being as this was NOT a natural fire situation.

No other media talks about the one-way ticket. The cost of these disasters is what's going to break America, not the defense budget or the migrant crisis. All of it adds up, but disasters are devastating. Why is the citizens of Maui mad at Biden? He didn't cause the fire. The people should have insurance that covers their costs. From the pictures they were showing it wasn't the multi-million dollar homes that were lost. As far as Biden is concerned, no he didn't start the fire, BUT HE IS THE PRESIDENT and he should be more concerned about the lives and safety of his fellow countrymen during a developing disaster and not hurry to get out of town to go on his second vacation of the month and no amount of insurance will bring back the lives lost.
