Sad to see they closed the whirlwind 360 at the one in the colony. To this day the only 2 person trapdoor bowl slide I've seen :(

Given the question asked about reusing slide names. Does one slide name at one park equal the same slide name and type at another? For example. If Slide A at Location One is called 'Pineapple Cyclone" and is a bowl type of slide. Would Slide B at Location Two that is a bowl type have the same name or different. A bit like a like-for-like basis.

I go back and forth between whether these parks are worth visiting or not when there are bigger waterparks in the area. Would you say they're worth visiting and if so which ones?

Mansfield, The Colony and Garland are definetely worth a visit, not so sure about Waco and Roanoke. If you have season passes, you can give these parks a try. Otherwise, probably not unless you really want to ride the Beach Blasters at Roanoke or the Pineapple Express at Waco.
