We will cover heating and popping arms outdrom the shoulders and switching them from one body to another. Hands, head and weapons will be switched as well.

Great job. Never thought of this. Please be careful putting your hands around that pan of boiling water. Usually you can take a large mug 3/4 full of water and put it in the microwave for about 3 minutes. Then dip one figure in for about 30 seconds and take out and it should work and it's a bit safer. Thanks for sharing.

can you make a video similar to this using the Hasbro exclusive Black hand ninja. Swapping the Hawkeye or the Shang Chi arm kit into it.

I don't have the black version of the hand ninja, but Shang-Chi butterfly joints work the same as the Hawkeye butterfly joints. The outcome would be the same. Thanks for the question!

You should really use a pot for boiling the water The water should not be shallow You should not allow the fig to touch the pot to minimize the chance of melting your fig Using a large spoon or ladle placing the fig in it while in the water is a way to prevent melting Typically you don't need to leave fig in the water for more than a min while water is boiling and never longer than 2 consecutive min(fig are made of multiple plastics and of varying thickness which means they heat up and cool down at different rates. Leaving a fig in boiling water more than 2 min can result in lose joints) Don't use a pot you cook with

@@spartan_toy_hunter no worries there are some drawbacks to boil & pop and I found most customizers prefer the blow dryer/ heat gun method Having said that i also hear many stories bout how they melt figs cuz they got too close and the heat is localized I do admit once you get into paint, gluing, and sculpting boil&pop may not be the best option It is a good option when removing belts workout cutting and glued on pieces

@@N2mesnob I just Microwave some water. But not everyone has A microwave. And cooking food in A pan you boiled plastic in earlier- matters not as long as you dump the water out. And the teflon / pan bottom hasn't acquired any plastic or obvious paint transmission.

@@floorboss yeah I'm not a fan of microwave water. Wit the microwave your limited to using something small and it cools down to quick. So I like to put a pot on the stove and boil wit plentyof water. Not all of my projects are quick. Sometimes you can get away wit some quick heat but I tend to do 30 second intervals you jus can't do more than 2 minutes in one shot. Whenever I hear ppl say they don't like boil and pop cuz it didn't work I always question if it didn't work cuz the jus used the microwave and not enough time in the water. And I've never melted a fig using B&P. Also don't use the pot you B&P to cook, keep that separate. Trust me whether it's the plastic or the different stuff they use in the manufacturing process that stuff stays in the pot and will ruin your food. Keep that stuff separate. For this concerned bout using/ losing one of your cooking pots you can get one cheap at the thrift store.
