Does it have an LED to indicate it is recording? Otherwise it seems tedious to pair with the phone via wifi every time and use the mobile screen to doublecheck.

The budget "Insta 360." It's nice to know that Hawkeye is attempting compete in the micro action cam marketplace. Great review. At a price point of 100 bucks if the image quality (subjective) is acceptable it might be a great alternative. Great Review.

Does the new 2 handle gyroflow better? The original was hit or miss on gyroflow. Weird, it will usually start great on gyroflow then near the end of video shaking bad, but just sometimes. Lol!

As I mentioned in the video, it's pretty much the same. The issue you are describing is due to your vibration mounting letting through too much vibration. The other cause is the microSD card is too slow so the gyro data isn't able to keep up with the video.

I don't mind the internal battery since it still weighs significantly less than other action cameras. Definitely want to try this one out! Appreciate the review!
