This acoustic stuff theyve started doing really is worthy of a proper album of Hawkwind tracks recorded professionally in acoustic form. They sound amazing.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME HW , I've always thought acoustically they were under valued this brief set showcases their many talents , and a FULL unplugged LP is long overdue ! Tryingisflyingisdying

I agree completely with the positive comments. They did this at Bristol and it really set the tone for an amazing gig. Can't wait for an "unplugged" album.

Brilliant acoustic set, wish I was there. Love to know if there were any Bass tabs for this, I could get hold of?

Vocals could be tighter but great to see the band in a different context. Loved Hawkwind for decades.

As Dave says it is an old busking song he used to do in the 60s in the subway at tube stations. It is on the Onward album called "Mind Cut" but I don't know if that is the original title.
@safeashouses2117 жыл бұрын
I think "Get Yourself Together" is the original title. That's what it's called on "Dawn of Hawkwind" anyway.

Such a good aline up, how sad and pointless to loose 2 key members right at the end of their career.

Dibs has killed the spirit of Hawkwind and their latest album 'Road To Utopia' will have Lemmy and Bob Calvert turning in their graves
