Yes the brakes are hooked in to the lights. So when u flip the lights on it triggers the brakes

Used them back in the 80s worthless after a rain or in snow wheels just slide used to put a block behind or in front of wheels depending if your loading or unloading.. lol havent seen one on years.. thanks for video..
