Hi, sorry to ask, I've scan the QR code, and it brings me back to my farm and said claim the gift, but once I click, it stated that can't claim the gift as something went wrong. Could anyone please advise on this issue? Thank you

I tried one and it said the voucher has expired so I think u were only able to claim them for the first couple days after they released it:( I got one of them when I saw them post it on insta

The additional images you posted from the main one (the tweet that has 5 qr codes in 1 image) always tells me something went wrong when scanning them.

That happened to me when I accidentally tried to redeem the same reward twice. It might be easier for you to use the links that are posted in the video description in this case. There are 5 :).

Been trying the QR codes and the links you posted and I keep getting the same message that says "Something went wrong. Try again in a while." It is doing this on 3 different accounts/devices. Currently 12/09 8pm EST USA, so should still be within the 3 days of availability.

@@Walkrhn HD customer service actually referred me to here for advice on the issue 😵‍💫🤪Oh well looks like another messed up HD event that doesn’t function properly for everyone. On the plus side, I actually got a response from customer service in about 2 hours last night.

I have an Android phone...could not figure it out for the life of me. Thankfully I have a 23 yr old son that used Google Lens to scan the bar codes on your page to get them all for me. Then I have a farm on an Amazon Fire Tablet...had to download a qr code scanner to get them. But I got all 6 now! Phew...what a workout. LOL Thank you Ricky! 💖

Thank you very much. However why does hayday make it so difficult? What’s the point? Doesn’t hayday know that most of the players are retired ladies who don’t have much computer skills? I’m sure this will cause some unnecessary stresses for some players.
