I find these gloves to be too large in size. I bought the 16oz version as I always do but making a fist is uncomfortable in these. I really have to put my hand really deep in the glove in order to make it past the bend (not sure how else I can put it in words) and to have a comfortable grip. I don't have this issue in my 16oz Boon or Cleto Reyes gloves. Very disappointed.

Ik heb deze bokshandschoenen gekocht en deze begonnen na ongeveer 30 keer gebruiken ontzettend te stinken. Mijn trainingsmaatje heeft hier ook last van. We gebruiken allebei bandages.

@csquaredboxing4 жыл бұрын
Hey thanks appreciate it and hope you’re staying safe in 🇩🇪. The thumb doesn’t really get smelly because it’s aired out constantly and isn’t closed off on the exterior. The only thing that happens is that it tends to harden up a little from the sweat and salt from your sweat. So you could clean it with mild soap and a towel to remove the sweat. But typically no odors unless you use them and just let them sit in a closed gym bag

Two big issues, as someone who has owned four different pairs of hayabusa gloves I've since completely sworn off the brand. \\I've had my own eyes and face scratched pretty badly by the thumb was even once had to totally bow out of a sparring round because of how badly scratched my eye was. The padding is extremely stiff and really unfit for safe proper sparring. Just as well I've never had a Hayabusa glove last more than two years, they really start to smell very quickly even with proper glove maintenance. Just not worth it for the price even at $99.

Which do you think I should go with? (If u respond I will subscribe)
@csquaredboxing7 жыл бұрын
I would still go with Sabas because I like the overall quality and padding better than the Tokushu gloves. Yes, the Tokushus have better wrist protection, but I'm not a fan of the bouncy padding they use. If you have wrist problems, I always recommend taping your wrists prior to putting on handwraps which will help support your wrists when under stress.

Can you use hand wraps with the 16oz T3?
@csquaredboxing7 жыл бұрын
Yes, it will be a snug fit
@JTMUSICCHANNEL7 жыл бұрын
It will be a bit snug but after breaking them in it feels alot better. Unfortunately it's my only pair so they do bag and sparring but the whole gym gloves does both.

Would 16oz gloves fit me if I’m 125lbs? I’m starting boxing next week
@csquaredboxing6 жыл бұрын
Yes, 16 Ounce gloves will work fine, the added weight will be better for endurance.
