@@flyinghulk7463 They've just given us a absurdly overpowered ship that does nothing to help the meta. We need some cruiser killers or anything to counter cruiser camping/HE spam. Not a 25k damage torp boat!

Yeah that’s true but I think they forcing ships with HE shells coz any ship they put in the store will burn you down. There is so many people they don’t know how to play and WG giving them HE ships is like jackpot for both.

Hayate is a BEAST. My Hayate (tier 8) wrecked every Shimakaze (tier 10) it encountered with ease. Here is the crazy part. I have a stealth build for the Hayate and Shimakaze (Tanaka, inspiration Bey and Swirski). Shimakaze is advertised as having good concealment and the Hayate does not but they both have equal concealment maxed out at 4.8 km. So basically the Hayate has great guns, torps and concealment.

Also WG are promoting the ship and the campaign at the moment so you will get all those hidden bonuses during the promotion period.

@@vandemonian5412 lol if only. Once you play wgs games for a while on different platforms and buy lots of premium ships, tanks you start to see . Or you could just pretend that RNG is solely based on your shots ect in game and their is no such thing as the positive/ negative mm, or personal RNG or, team RNG and that hidden soft stats don't exist. You could even go a little further and find out how difficult a random number generator is to make "random" . Once you do you will see it's actually just algorithms.

I recommend using Togo Heihachiro. Because he can give 1 extra torp reload booster when using Fully packed legendary perk. Only down sides is no super useful DD perks but honestly not too bad of a commander overall when At least level 14 and legendary 1
