This video is in no way saying that someone is dumb. But when I was asked the question on how to opt out, I realized that many people in that particular hood were in every derby and not playing were not aware of the opt out function. When I was asked the question, I was astounded and felt that a video would be a great way to introduce many people what the icons were for. I know from personal experience that I was afraid to touch them in the beginning, afraid that I would lose the game or reset it. Therefore this tutorial is intended to help and guide, not ridicule anyone in any way.

This is important content because there are kids and new players on HayDay. Plus everyone is at different educational levels. Just be careful not to act like someone is dumb just because they don't know how to turn off the Derby. I bet the majority of players had no idea it could even be turned off. Thank you for helping everyone.

I hope you did not get the impression that I was saying someone is dumb. I was just totally taken back that at many levels actually that so many people don't know about what is behind the tools. I do know the first thing I wanted to do was to silence the sounds so they would not wake up hubby lol. I do know that the percentage of people that even knows that hay day can be found youtube is a high number. But thank you so much for watching and share this with others that you know.

Yes I already knew about the help button and the wiki. the problem is both of those said you can opt out but not where to find the opt out button. Logically I started looking in the derby menu. no luck there. I then went to help menus. no luck there. so i then google searched and found your video. sat through 5 min of things I already knew till you finally said its in the advanced settings. thanks. thats all I needed. have a good day.

Deeply disappointed but thank you Phoebe for the information. I am at level 111 and could not figure out how to opt out. I never needed too. Being sarcastic or putting someone down due to lack of knowledege is rude and immature. Please consider that in doing future videos or life in general. Maybe you were treated that way but it doesn't make it right. Again I do thank you for your video it was very helpful for me.

You took it out of context. Realizing that someone at that level did not know how to opt out opened my eyes to just how many people did not know it or how to use those icons for exploring what they could do on their farm. I reacted in total amazement when I was asked how to opt out and felt that a tutorial was needed for many people that did not know their way around the farm. Your apology is accepted lol

I'm one of those people who believe it or not didn't know much of this information, and I'm on Level 74 😂. Wish I'd found this a long time ago - thank you for the great info 👍
