I think Hayden looked good in the suit. He likely wore lifts and padding to make him look more muscular, considering that the two actors have a 6” difference. Not in the Episode 3 movie but in promotional material, Epsidoe 3 Vader looked visibly thinner however it was acceptable considering he was younger and thinner. Even in the Obi Wan series, I didn’t see any issues with Vader’s height or size (that Vader was played by Hayden).
