Won jebi. The preparation was poor. No health personnels to control the crowd and the venue was too small to accommodate 5000 people. There was no risk assessment to minimize the dangers of putting large crowd in a small venue with one gate for entry and exit. There was no feasibility study put in place to envisage uncontrollable crowd at such events. ‘Poor people’s lives matter too’.
