The HP LASERJET PRO M1132 MFP printer prints a blank or black page in copy mode or after printing from a computer. That is, no black toner is applied to the paper or the paper comes out of the printer all black.
There may be three reasons for this problem.
1. The laser control unit does not work.
2. The printer laser itself does not work.

After removing the CE285A (85A) cartridge and carefully examining, it turned out that one of the printer contacts is missing, which gives a negative or positive charge to the cartridge. The contact was bent after the wrong installation the cartridge and did not leave his seat.
