I hate when people say that…. I dont miss old Paramore bc i want their old sound or vibe, it is a very specific nostalgia to me to listen to albums like awkif and riot. When she started playing after saying “this is what i miss” i literally teared up bc THAT is the nostalgia i am talking about! I was transported back to my room in 2007 with my earphones and cd player listening to Conspiracy. Fans of Paramore, real fans, people who find meaning within their songs beyond the cool badass riffs and vocals, never want Paramore to go back to that, we want new Paramore. We have all grown together 😢 it is such a deeper feeling than just missing the old times and sounds. RANT OVER!!! Patiently waiting for some projects, hopefully theyll put a thang or two out if they’re up for it hehe
