I wouldn't say it is a lot better, there are just some features on the RS5 that makes it a more attractive product for the price, but some prefer the RS4/RS4 plus because of the overall size.

Honestly I was also at a bit of a toss up with these two models, I personally wanted to get the Redmi Watch 4, but it was quite chunky, but if it was slimmer, I probably would've gotten the Redmi Watch 4.
