The way you talk at the end makes it seem that you and Feliks are old masters and are passing the torch to Max, but I don't think you should give up just yet. Put up a bit of a fight, and at the very least, Max will come out a better cuber for it.

Agreed, Kevin and Feliks are still the greatest, with Max Park making it a trio

I agree too. I mean he just got first sub 2mins on 7x7, beating Feliks by what, 7 seconds? I mean records are broken all the time in cubing but those "first sub x" records are benchmarks and stick in historical memory. So Kevin's still young and still fast af.

KIBanshee9 true... I commented before the 1:59, now that he has broken that barrier (and Feliks broke the 40 barrier on 5x5) I think a lot of people see that Feliks and Kevin are still extremely competitive. Also, Max has a 38 on 5x5 too, so he's also crazy fast

Can you do these for all of the events? I understand it might be hard due to big cubes being your specialty and (possibly) not knowing much about other events, but it would be a cool series

Feliks’ career is not over in my opinion.

Galactic Cuber tbh Kevin's is more than Feliks'

He said the best part of his career is over, which is probably true. There's a lot of new people coming up which will make it hard for feliks to hold wr for long periods of time. He will still be a contender for years to come I imagine.

Rushil Kasetty Yeah he can't keep breaking Records. He has to pass the baton to someone.

I think Yu Nakajima interestingly enough held best sum of all single ranks at one point, but he's clearly been out-classed

( ͡~ ͜ʖ ͡°) I didn't have many worlds podiums mainly, because I didn't attend worlds - it's way to expensive even when winning; and the ones I did attend weren't great - 2009 was ok, 2013 my 7x7 locked on parity, which got me out of podium (would have been 1st or 2nd) and my 6x6 was horrible.
