I have always said this and stand by it if your employees are not happy and leave you are doing something wrong in leading! These are hard times and Kourtney should have more curtesy regarding people’s time. But at the same time I understand her concern and feel the way to surpass this is organization organization organization loves !

I don't know how it works in other countries but from 9am to 4pm every work day (unless you have a different arrangement), your company owns your time. They are paying for that time, so it belongs to them. Your personal problems isn't their issue because when it's time to receive your pay, you won't Care if the company is suffering or not. She can simply leave if she's not happy and not be rude to her boss. Friday is a work day. A time you're being paid for. If you can't make it, there are plenty of ways to express yourself or even come up with alternatives

And this is why Kourtney is povo. It's called Team Management. If you have a business, you are responsible for addressing team issues. Being a boss doesn't mean you can treat people like shit. It means you take the most shit. The first step is finding the right team. The second is managing them to create the right atmosphere. Kourtney doesn't seem to have the leadership skills she needs to make decisions. Her poosh channel is THE prime example of this. It's rubbish. I love the ideas for content. They just seem to be put together so shoddily. There's an ad for Clarins products. 23 second workouts. I just stopped watching. That woman has all the resources and support but that's what she comes up with???
