ERTUGRUL GHAZI was not a sultan of Ottoman empire because Ertugrul Ghazi had desire to form the state but he could not because that time Seljuk were already an empire, so Ertugrul served Seljuk empire and when Osman became bey Seljuk were defeated and Osman fought Mongol and Byzantine empire and founded his own state which was later called as Osmanli (Ottoman) also known as Children of Osman.
