To me, the reason Val doesn’t get a song while the other Vees do is because he is portrayed much more seriously than them. Vox and Velvette are both very hammy, over-the-top cartoon-style villains, of whom a flashy, over-the-top musical number is very befitting. And while Valentino does have some shades of that, he is also a very real, very seriously-portrayed sexual abuser. As such, a hammy villain song wouldn’t fit him the way it would Vox and Velvette. Instead, we have Angel Dust’s song Poison, which is very much ABOUT him, but is also a serious lament about the abuse Angel suffers at his hands.
