I feel like Sir Pentious knew he and his Egg Bois would die, but knew that his sacrifice would give Charlie the push she needed to stop holding back and go all out. His death more than likely changed the course of the entire battle.

Alastor, one of the most mysterious and powerful Overlords, was forced to flee with his tail between his legs. The Vees aren't wrong in saying he was hanging by a thread after that battle

Alastor was wounded and had to retreat, Rosie likely lost a big chunk of her cannibals and Carmilla likely cut off her future supply of angelic weapons. Excluding Velvette, there were 6 Overlords at the "Big Hitters" meeting, and three of them have suffered actual or future losses.

Alastor Vs Adam was definitely a fight I been wanting to see! And I am excited to see how the V's are gonna play off in season 2 since I heard they're gonna be the main focus villains of season 2!

The Vee's do make a good point in their little song depending on the amount of numbers of cannibals killed by the exterminators Rosie did lose some influence and maybe a chunk of her fighting power If the V's are aggressive go-getters they would immediately jump Rosie in this moment of temporary weakness taking her off the board by finishing her off and then replace her with either one of themselves or someone else under one of their contracts basically flipping the entire cannibal district into another source of manpower and resources for their exploitation and expanding influence

Rosie didn't seem upset by the outcome of the battle. Pretty sure she's fine. The Vees showed very little men and personal power. Plus Alastor is not gone nor diminished. And most important thing of all, they did absolutely nothing to stop the extermination. Nobody gonna follow those three cowards😂

I respect your opinion and on sir pentious death and stuff but i kinda have the opposite opinion on the Vees. I thought they were hilarious and their inclusion makes it better since they make it more entertaining and are great characters plus it would make sense that Vox would watch it for entertainment and seeing alastor die. Also i think when their line about the overlords were that in Episode 3 they were too scared to fight or take power in the exterminations and kill some of the exterminators to prove their power Also for the Alastor Line i think they were so invested in the fight and had their minds for alastor to die(mostly vox) and when alastor teleported away after getting heavily damaged i think they were super confident that alastor would be gone and never come back as he lost against Adam and would run like a pussy and never come back after getting humiliated. So yeah hopefully you understand where I'm coming From and sorry if it was hard or confusing to read, my grammar/English ain't that good.

A theory I have is that Alastor’s going to kill Valentino, since he is starting to get close to these guys, and by proxy Angel, and the V’s are going to be the big bads of next season. It’d seem to everyone like him getting rid of an enemy but deep down he’s also helping his friend big time

To be fair, the Sir Pentious death was a bit too low on the terms of dramatic action, I know I’m supposed to be sad But how can I cry when he literally just pops out of existence and that’s it All I have in reaction is just “um, what?”

Fun fact: Vivienne said sometime ago that Sir Pentious' death was always meant to be a joke, so she could see the reactions on our faces and to show he wasn't really killed off.

Honestly, looking back on it....yeah the Vees could have been cut out of the Season really and nothing would change. On the other hand, we could have built them up through the background or through other things.
