u still have to show ur impress even when selling as a private non registered business its also part of german law to have ur impress linked on ur yt channel u also have to use a payment gateway and not break tos of psc, you breaking litereally every that is possible, even if u would be paying taxes or have an registered business ur still breaking every german law that corresponds to owning a business, one report would be enough to shut down ur business! :)

And since the information that it was okay to record with Augustus was supposedly never true, this should also apply to all videos that were uploaded before the announcement, right? This means that Heist should have been kicked as a result of the announcement anyway, regardless of what other reasons there were. So his (Heist) point is still correct.

if you have less than 12000 euro or so per year you dont have to pay tax in germany, augustus has around 200 users but we'll round up to 300 to be safe, without taking media and people that paid less into account 300×80=24000, over the course of 3 years, 24000/3=8000, esound doesnt have to pay tax Edit: its 10908€ per year
