Damn, that's horrible news. It's why I go through channels like eBay and Paypal since I've ordered stuff and all I got was a piece of cardboard wrapped up. So even if eBay can't refund you, Paypal's more likely to.

Dude I feel your pain & I hear hasbro is doing a 2nd run! But with the scammers they have gotten better at it that’s why I stick with eBay & use PayPal for all those transactions as atleast I get my money back with no problems then doing it through things like FB or something!! As I have been scammed before & learned quick about how they work!
