So this curse really is about hopelessness; the manager turned even more so when their phone died, losing hope of being rescued. Pico had hope that his angelic form would win him his battle until Darnell’s dipshit ass came back in his own powerful form and lost. Skid was overpowered immediately because he’s insecure and not confident in himself like Pump is. When Pump came back, their friendship and faith in each other is what almost won them the day. Boyfriend is cracking because he sees so many people fighting, and is slowly regaining hope that he can win against all of this

Also, something really, REALLY interesting I noticed. The manager is surrounded by multiple corrupted entities, but just outside the bar is someone who is completely fine. The only issue is is she's wearing a bloody blindfold, implying she's been blinded. The corruption appears to target more able bodied individuals first before dealing with the weaker ones. We could see this as well in the Skid and Pump Week Day 3, Devotion. BF used his microphone to take down pump, because he knew from experience that Pump was much more resilient and less exhausted (Pump had only sung one song in atonement, while skid had to sing Amomos) Hence, in this case, all of the corrupted entities stayed to ensure the wendy's employee could take down their manager, rather then chasing after the blind girl.

I actually really liked this episode. It gives us a perspective of how the normal people outside our main cast are taking the corruption, and I believe a situation like this Is perfect for a sidestory (not to mention the banger music).

Oh this is actually really enjoyable! I like the whole building on what's happening to everyone else and really just shows how out of control this corruption really is! Also, damn that waiter got corrupted in seconds. Prob direct contact spreads the corruption way faster than beats or that's just how powerful CPico is. A good mechanic for skid n pump is that the blue heart meter goes down the more misses you get in every song after second coming this would help with game play wise and to increase the bar you have to fc atleast one song to increase it by atleast 20 % it would make the songs for skid an pump more interesting and fun and also challenging
