Our HB1S Easy Lifter is a fast and efficient handling solution for stacking, de-stacking and transporting the Loadhog Half-Pallet "HogBox" container.
Securing hooks built onto the lifting skid assembly ensure boxes are secured during handling. This, along with a rounded front nose for under-load entry, ensures maximum operation and travel safety. With the added benefit of a flat foldable shelf, the HB1S system is suitable for a diverse range of loads and applications.
HB Series Lifters use our patented ‘DuoPump’ technology, allowing the unit to lift 6 times faster for light loads, saving up to 70% of lifting time. The system employs a direct drive piston arrangement, eliminating need for maintenance of exposed chains, and eliminating associated safety hazards of moving parts.
All lifters are supplied CE Marked and come with an EC Declaration of conformity to the following standards:
• 2006/42/EC: Conforms with the essential requirements of the Machinery Directive and its amending Directives has been designed and manufactured to the following standards:
•E N ISO 12100:2010: Safety of machinery - General principles for design. Risk assessment and risk reduction.
• EN 1494:2000+A1:2008: Mobile or movable jacks and associated lifting equipment.
•E N ISO 3691-5-2015: Industrial Trucks.
