Thanks to you, Jermaine for your GREAT acting 20 years ago. Oh, and we can't forget your role as a Police Officer in " We own this City". Keep up the great work!!

Usually kids are the death of a show. In season 4 they were center stage and they all nailed it. It was truly amazing.

I have to tell you that The Wire (and the kids in season 4) really changed me as a person. Before the show, I really lacked empathy for products of the inner city. I was one of those “pull yourself up by your bootstraps” kind of guy. I was ignorant to a lot of things that people are faced with while growing up in poverty. I’m proud to say that I’m not that guy anymore. The Wire played a huge role in me unlearning what I was raised to believe.

One part of the school season I wished was looked at a little more is the way that Randy gets leveraged by the Headmistress threatening him losing his FOSTER HOME. She knows how much Randy is terrified of it, and holds that fear over him to use him. It's such a cruel use of power, but I don't think I've ever seen it commented on

The third season of the wire may be the greatest in the history of television. It had every element of life rolled up into one season. Season for is running a close second

What a beautiful, tragic friendship Dukie and Michael had. Two kids with different strengths and weaknesses who supported each other, but they got swallowed up by the world.

I just now finished The Wire as I type this! The Wire was one of the best Tv shows of all time along with The Sopranos! I wasn't expecting the ending to be so distant. In the end of the show everyone in The Wire got a chance to either become better or worse good or bad. But I will say this show and I mean only this show had the best acting I've ever seen! Every character in the show played their role and very well! They all had a specialty to their own character the way they played and acted it out in a way that seem so Baltimorean! I will miss this show. It's not important but the show was so black and white but I assume that's how the real city of Baltimore is. Im bummed out because it could of had more seasons to the show but despite that it will stand as one of the great shows of all time! Even the Outro song was so good! But one last time I will say this show was Great from beginning to end of ever season and episode! Thanks to all the Actors and Writers and Producers who made this great show happen!

It is crazy that Idris hasnt watched The Wire. This is by far one of the best performances of all time. Stringer Bell ranks in my top 10 characters period

In the closing montage after Season 5 when the writers torture us with the shot of Dukie about to shoot up, every time I see the scene I want to reach into the TV and prevent it, yelling STOP! It's hard to watch even after 10 viewings.

Stringer was that character that you hated but you also loved him because he was such a presence. The show was just as good after his death but for me it was never the same without Stringer.

@@thewkovacs316 hey, dude, if you enjoyed it, more power to you! My point that was this format allows you to really highlight a certain segment of the story or a certain actor's performance without losing focus and ending up a bit rambly. If you enjoy that over this, I am sure that format itself played some role in it.

Hi! How are you? The rainy season in Korea/Seoul stopped for a while yesterday and today, and there was a heat wave all day. However, there is a weather forecast that the rainy season will start again tomorrow. I wish you good health and good things for the rest of the week. Thank you very much.

prezbo's one shining moment as a cop was breaking the barksdale gang's communication code, 'good with numbers i guess.' 3 seasons later he's left the force and trying out teaching numbers to kids while recognizing parallels in failing systems, 'juking the stats.' just one of the reasons season 4 is the best.
