Is it possible to get HBS at 36 years old with big expériences , good Gmat , good essays and top recommandation ?

Anything is possible. It could happen. But you would be an outlier in the class. Most likely your experience makes you too senior for the standard MBA class - you would not benefit as much from the program as people who are more junior and that is a factor in the adcom's decisions.
