HBS Is Changing Their Application?

Harvard Business School are up to something - for the first time in over a decade, the HBS application essays are changing. For now, it's for 2+2 candidates, but with the essays for mainstream applicants yet to be announced, this could be the canary in the MBA coalmine.
And we think it's a massive shame! "What more do you want us to know" is OUR FAVORITE application essay. No other question allows candidates to so effectively express their authentic selves to the admissions committee. Is it possible to get HBS at 36 years old with big expériences , good Gmat , good essays and top recommandation ?

Anything is possible. It could happen. But you would be an outlier in the class. Most likely your experience makes you too senior for the standard MBA class - you would not benefit as much from the program as people who are more junior and that is a factor in the adcom's decisions.
