First off Ryan, I absolutely love your intro for this video! The effects on your channel banner were terrific too! The vividness and clarity of your camera is top notch! I could tell you were having fun with this truck! It’s definitely a keeper. It will wheelie in dry grass and if you have a high capacity 2s upwards of 40c I’m finding out. The provided battery does have quite enough punch. That jump you slow mo’d was impressive ! Really glad this rc had the same effect on you as it did me! Awesome awesome awesome video bud.

This hbx model has long wheel base compare to most 1/16 or other brands 1/12 scale model for example hosim 9155 or 9156 which has too short wheel base. so i think it will fix and can handle well if you try put 110mm or 120mm tyres on that.

I have the near identical 901a and it does about 25mph on 2S but you can turn the motor mount round and it’s pre drilled for a 14t. That gets you 30 mph on 2S. 35mph on 3s but it’s an uncontrollable mess whereas 2S/14t is perfect. I’d expect the 903a to be identical

@@myztic_3887 that's a tough call. You can just buy a lion battery and use it in any of these cars. Even better just buy a decent hobby grade charger for $30 and don't worry about it. @RDsRCReviews Жыл бұрын
@@williamperri3437 as soon as aluminum upgrade parts are available I would get them. I'm going to as soon as I see them. As you can see I had no issues with mine at the skate park but I did break a shock on my 16890a recently at the skate park because it gets more air than the 903A due to its small size so I just upgraded its parts to aluminium and replaced the shocks. The 903A shocks could use some more oil so I plan to add more to my shocks soon. They come maybe half to 2/3rds full so the shocks are a bit too soft and don't fully recover and tend to sag.
