All good managed to setup it... it took me almost 2hours... everything is working, i also put receive VIDEOS & PHOTOS.. but I only receive photos on email... i dont know how to get it to work... also can you use some app to check photos or videos by phone..?

There is a setting in your email online to allow pop3. Did it work?

Is it a HC 900 Suntek? They were helpful for me, giving me a test email to try, I think maybe you're not in UK so different settings, thank you for your comments - it's not easy is it?

@@WildwoodTV hi thanks for your msg , yes im in uk , i using Vodafone prepaid sim ,i have contacted them they told me i am using wrong mmsconfig file ,and they sent me a link for correct camera but on that gprs settings from that file i can't put any details to apn window , i am gutted , i try to sort this problem with suntek from few days , they are not really helpful to me , i am not happy

@@WildwoodTV so if you want to receive pictures in to email box you dont have to put the phone number ?just the email?and you dont have to chaange anything mms column?

@@jalas3722 Hi, I remember it took me a long time to find a config (Vodafone PP) that worked for both MMS or SMTP (email). I set up both MMS & SMTP, but the HC550 can only use one or the other at a time. I used the command codes to send pics by MMS. Emails did not work until I created a separate email address for the camera to send pics to my usual email address.

Hi @JeSt - if it's a Suntek they are helpful & provide a test email address. I had to get another email address for the camera to send to my gmail address.

Hello, I'm sorry I don't know what your phone network would be, perhaps a neighboring country? In the UK I used 'pay as you go' vodaphone, but this was 3 years ago now. Perhaps contact the manufacturer, mine was labelled 'Suntek'. Best wishes.

ive got the hc700m/g, i have copied your setup details and i can get a txt reply back about battery life but i cant get it to send me a picture to my number or email. any advice is very much welcome.

Hi Laura, that's half the battle - other MMS command codes should work too, like the start command I forget which number (530?), then 500(?) to request a picture - make sure pic isn't too big that it gets timed out (try 8Mb) batteries are good & money available if prepay sim. For SMTP the camera needs to be set up with it's own email address to send from, to the phone email. I'm sorry I haven't used this cam lately, trying to remember.. good luck 👍 (I don't know if 700 is exactly same set up as 550 'tho).

@@WildwoodTV am using a vodafone payasyougo sim with 6gb data bundle on it with free texts and 250 mins, i can see on my vodafone account its using the texts so the phone settings must be ok,

I get all the commands to work apart from 500 and 505 which are the picture sending ones🙄 am using Vodafone payasyago as well with credit on, doing my nut in.

@@my_carp_life3424 I know exactly what you mean! 👍 Mine sent pics then it didn't, then it did - I set it to lowest pic resolution & kept replacing batteries - rechargables work but are only 1.2v not 1.5v, then checked my phone credit, and started all over again!

@@WildwoodTV maybe an external power supply might be better the aa batterys, mine taking pictures and saving them to the sd card no problem it's just recieving the pictures to my phone or email is the problem.

Hi Badr - Vodaphone worked for me here in UK, it's a standard size Sim (25 x 15mm). I set up a separate email for the camera. Perhaps contact Suntek for settings in Morocco? Best Wishes
