Mam i was placed in hcl with role Graduate trainee engineer .. in sathyabama University but in final year i was changed to another university... This hcl offer i got from on campus from sathyabama University... But i changed to another university in final year is there any problem with that mam.. in on-boarding process.. this will be there for me.. or it will be reget..? Please answer mam..

10 days back I received service agreement mail. After that I didn't receive any mail regarding offer letter as well as date of joining. When I will receive offer letter.

We can't tell ..how many days it will take.. but mail ur hr regularly.. soon you will receive an offer letter ..

Maybe 1-2 weeks...( It is taking more than that for some people) Now everyone is facing the same issue ,my comments are almost related to Bgv ..don't worry, it will take some time .same suggestions for all if u feel it's high time then contact u r hr or regularly drop a mail , if u receive an offer then u r employment is conformed .. no worries..All the best.. happy onboarding.

Mam, my daughter selected graduate trainee engineer to HCl Madurai location. Bgv completed and sent sample agreement documents on 25/10/2022, but didn't send offer letter till to date

Contact hr . All students are facing the same problem , if hr is not responding then try for other opportunities , don't neglect..keep trying

I lived in ABC location from my birth to 18 years. So, my adhaar address is ABC. So, I shared my permanent address as ABC. THE ISSUE IS, now I live in XYZ address. The biggest issue is ABC address is my School address. Don't get confused. I live in School as my parents were peon there. I can go ABC or my father can also go ABC. But how will I confirm that I lived here and living in ABC(school)? Please revert asap

Arjun u only go to abc location and do that process,take u r I'd proofs also.. i think it will ask for a live address and take a photo of any room or room provided for u r parents in school and upload it .if u get any other mails regarding this issue then u tell to hr or rm . Don't worry, if you face any issues..just drop a mail to hr or respective person they may also help you. This is up to my knowledge, I don't know exactly what to do.. if you solve your issue please comment .. it may be helpful for others .

U can fill.. joining form ..fill whatever opens..u can't fill bgv documents..

That means your background verification is completed. Companies will verify our identity and education details and address etc, before giving employment.As your bgv is verified so don't worry you will receive other updates .. All the best shaik fayiq...
